Total income: $2800 + $200 = $3000; Expenses  ======= a) UTD field: $630 for 2 fields, 2 days; b) Tournament General Liability Insurance of $2M: $679;  c) Trophies: $102.31 for 3 trophies;  d) Referee fee: Day 1 $80 x 12 games + $150 referee assigning fee = $1110; Day 2 $95 x 3 games + $45 (forfeited Consolation Cup game, pay half) = $330; subtotal = $1440;  e) Misc: Referee 2 day lunch: $22 Referee T-shirt: $4 x 8 = $32 UTD office T-shirt $4 x 2 = $8 www.sacsc.org domain name reg. fee (to Yu Long) = $8 (2 T-shirts) 2 Consolation games: 2x $4 x 2 (T-shirts) = $16 2 whistles: $3 x 2 = $6 subtotal = $92; Total expenses = a) + b) + c) + d) + e) = $630 + $679 + $102 + $1440 + $92 = $2943;  Final Balance ==========  Therefore final balance = Income - expenses (a+e) = $3000 - $2943 = $57; This will be carried over to next year's MNB fund.
